Rebecca Ferguson is featured in the latest issue of British movie magazine Total Film, where she’s talking about her upcoming projects Despite the Falling Snow (April 15th) and Florence Foster Jenkins (May 6th). Along with the new interview (to be added shortly!) came two production stills of Rebecca as Kathleen in the latter film, also starring Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant. She looks fantastic in the period costumes, so be sure to check out the pictures – and the official poster – in our photo gallery.

In related news, at Paramount’s CinemaCon panel yesterday, the studio announced that Stephen Frears’ Florence Foster Jenkins will open in The US on August 12th.

The 2016 Cinema Con is underway, and one of the things we have to look forward to is the presentation of The Girl on the Train. The highly-anticipated film – based on the best-selling book by Paula Hawkins – stars Emily Blunt, Rebecca Ferguson, Haley Bennett, Luke Evans and Justin Theroux. We have the first look at the teaser poster for the movie, see it in bigger size by clicking on the preview to the right. If Rebecca attends the event, check back for media coverage. The Girl on the Train opens in theaters on October 7th.

As you may notice, we have a brand new layout here at Rebecca Ferguson Fan! I did some tweaking in time for the release of Despite the Falling Snow – in UK theaters next Friday (April 15th). Once again the header has an image from Rebecca’s photoshoot for Swedish ELLE, which has so many stunning pictures. The photo gallery and video archive will be changed to match the new look in the coming week, as well.

Yesterday, Rebecca Ferguson (and her new hair cut!) participated in the press day for Despite the Falling Snow, ahead of the UK release next Friday. No videos have surfaced yet, but I’ve included two photos from Instagram. Videos will be added when released. Stay tuned!

Always a brilliant laugh to see #RebeccaFerguson – chatting about her new one #DespiteTheFallingSnow by @shamimsarif and wondering if she fancies the #CaptainMarvel role

The first full-length trailer for Florence Foster Jenkins has finally been released! And although we don’t see any of Rebecca Ferguson’s character Kathleen – or any of Jenkins infamous singing! – in it, the new clip does look very entertaining. Directed by Stephen Frears, and also starring Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant, Florence Foster Jenkins opens in UK theaters on May 6.

Another top-talent has joined the cast of Life, as Jake Gyllenhaal is taking over the lead role in Daniel Espinosa‘s sci-fi movie from Ryan Reynolds, who has agreed to take a smaller role due to a scheduling conflict, TheWrap has learned. The film – which was written by Deadpool writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese – follows a group of astronauts who discover signs of intelligent life in a sample retrieved from Mars. Rebecca Ferguson is playing the female lead in Life, which is scheduled to begin production this Summer.
